The definition of pad printing and the introduction of the main parts of the pad printing machine
Sep 14, 2021
Pad printing mainly completes the transfer process through the rubber head. Due to the performance and shape of the rubber head during the printing process, the rubber head has the following characteristics:
1. Be flexible
2. Has an arc
3. Not infinite.
Therefore, the printing range of pad printing can be judged from the characteristics of the rubber head: large-area graphics and text cannot be printed, but for irregular shapes and uneven work, printing a certain size of graphics and text is very suitable, and certain printing methods cannot be replaced.
From the above summary, we can see that pad printing is mainly used for:
1. It should be used in plastics, toys, electrical appliances, gifts, and daily necessities industries. It is especially suitable for small planes, convex and concave surfaces and other substrates.
2. It is suitable for small workpieces, small areas, and fast. If printing large areas, pay attention to not generating bubbles on the printing surface, which will affect the printing effect. When printing images and texts on cylindrical and conical surfaces, the arc length generally does not exceed the central angle of 100.
Introduction of main parts of pad printer:
Install nuts, air source safety pneumatic valves, rubber head cylinders, scraper cylinders, parallel cylinders, pressure gauges, pressure reducing valves, flow regulators, water barriers, throttle valves, air control valves, mufflers, and machined parts.
