What's wrong with the unclear fonts printed by the pad printer?

1. If the ink is too thin, add dry ink to neutralize the ink consistency.
2. The rubber head should be replaced if it is a problem.
3. If the rubber head pressure is too high, reduce the rubber head pressure. Generally, the depth of the conventional pad printing steel plate is about 2.4μm. Such as fine text and lines of 2μm.
For physical graphics and text, 3μm or more is also suitable, and the dot graphics and text may be darker than 1.6μm, so the specific steel plate depth depends on the pattern and the requirements for the ink layer. It is also like a picture and text. If the surface of the printed workpiece is rough, pitted or smooth, the required steel plate depth is different. To judge the depth of the steel plate, there are two effective and feasible methods.
According to the data: Use the depth gauge to measure the depth of the steel plate. This aspect requires good data management to respond. According to the actual printing results: strong practical operating experience is required in this regard. For example, if oil return or blurred images and texts occur, the greater possibility is that the steel plate is too deep. If bubbles (trachoma) appear, they may be too shallow.
If the ink on the rubber head is biased to dry when the pad is not printing on the workpiece, the steel plate is too shallow; if the ink on the rubber head is uneven, the steel plate is too deep. Do you use needle or laser: You can adjust the position of the needle to -1 to make it clearer. If it is a laser, it may be because the powder is not good. It is recommended to replace the drum. Set the font to be bold in the text, which can also make the typing clear.
