For example, if oil return or blurred images and texts occur, the greater possibility is that the steel plate is too deep. If bubbles (trachoma) appear, they may be too shallow.

If the ink on the rubber head is biased to dry when the pad is not printing on the workpiece, the steel plate is too shallow; if the ink on the rubber head is uneven, the steel plate is too deep. Do you use needle or laser: You can adjust the position of the needle to -1 to make it clearer. If it is a laser, it may be because the powder is not good. It is recommended to replace the drum. Set the font to be bold in the text, which can also make the typing clear.
