1.what's pad printing machine?

2. About ink loading of pad printing machines
A. Open ink tray/well system：
When the silicon pad moves forward, the ink dipstick fills the pattern etched printing plate with ink. When the silicon pad moves backwards, the scraper scrapes off the excess ink on the steel plate, leaving only the ink on the etched part of the pattern.
B. Sealed ink cup system:
When the ink cup is move forward, the ink inside the cup is sent to the etching position on the printing plate.when the ink cup moves backwards, the ceramic ring scrapes off excess ink like a scraper
