What do we need to prepare in advance before Straw pad printing?

 

STEP 1

 

Etched logo steel plate

To print the logo or pattern, we need to prepare the printing document in advance. We need to make it on the steel plate according to the printing position

 

STEP 2 

 

Complete silicon pad

Customized silicon pad and spacing based on printing spacing and straw size

STEP 3

 

Clamp holding fixture

This machine can print straws with a diameter of 6-12mm directly. For each straw with a different diameter, Because the clamp needs to be inserted into the straw, the straw will be flattened if the pressure is too great during printing, and the clamp for the straw can only be compatible as shown,the corresponding clamp holding fixtures need to be replaced

Transverse ink cup system

The ink cup adopts a left-right transverse movement printing form, with a long left-right printing stroke, and can print multiple 16-20 straws at once
