The silk screen process is usually the last processing process (after all surface treatment processes), and there can be surface treatments such as electroplating, spraying, oxidation, and electropolishing before the silk screen.

Although the surface of the screen-printed workpiece may have raised parts, it is required that no unevenness and protruding objects are allowed in the area covered by the screen-printed screen. There should be no sharp edges and corners near the screen printing area to prevent the screen from breaking during the screen printing.

The silk screen of the workpiece must be positioned, and it is necessary to consider whether the silk screen can be positioned in the process arrangement, and a positioning jig can be added when necessary. The silk-screened workpiece must be baked at a high temperature in the oven, so there can be no objects damaged by high temperature on the workpiece.
