How To Use The Pad Printer

1. First wipe the oil stains on the steel plate with a paper towel, and then wipe the rubber head evenly with a paper towel soaked in thinner;

2. Suck the oil cup on the steel plate, open the red cover on the oil cup, pour the ink into the oil cup, and then close the oil cup lid;

3. Move the oil cup up and down to make the ink evenly contact the engraved content, but don't use too much force to avoid ink leakage;

4. Dip the engraved content lightly with the plastic head, and print it on the product you want to print. At the same time, adjust the strength and inclination of the plastic head until the most satisfactory printing effect is achieved.

5. If the pad printing effect is not satisfactory, use a paper towel to moisten the thinner to wipe off the pad printing content, and then pad print again until you are satisfied.

Attachment: The manual pad printer will not be used for more than a week. After cleaning the steel plate with thinner, apply oil (edible oil can also be used) and wrap it in a plastic bag.
