a. The platform and the guide rail should be parallel. The squeegee plate moves along the guide rail. If the two are not parallel, the squeegee will not always contact the platform with a certain pressure, or even a gap. This adjustment has been adjusted before the machine leaves the factory. .

b. The screen printing plate and the platform should be parallel, otherwise the distance between the screens will be inconsistent, causing inconsistent printing pressure of the squeegee and the deformation of the screen printing plate. Therefore, the flatness of the screen frame itself should be guaranteed, and Jianyu screen printing is generally required by the user Make specific requirements.

2. Adjust the squeegee of the screen printer

① For the adjustment of the parallelism of the squeegee to the platform, the left and right screw rods can be adjusted separately; the middle shaft with top wires on the left and right can adjust the left and right top wires. In essence, the squeegee can be adjusted to the low position of the squeegee.

② The adjustment of the inclination angle of the scraper is generally in the range of 65-85 degrees, which can be selected according to needs.

③ The adjustment of the printing pressure should be coordinated with the adjustment of the distance between the printing plate and the printing table. In screen printing, the adjustment of the printing pressure is actually the adjustment of the high and low positions of the squeegee.

④ The length of the scraper board cannot be adjusted. It is generally supplied as a set, and each set has several different lengths for selection.

3. Adjust the scraping speed of the screen printer. Generally, the adjustment handle of the stepless speed change device is used to realize the adjustment of the size of the entire working cycle. Ensure that the speed of each link is consistent. Each kind of squeegee adjustment is equipped with a corresponding locking mechanism, and the squeegee printing operation must be carried out in a locked state. 2) Adjust the stroke of the screen printing machine.
